LeisureTime TV has joined forces with Mr. Weatherman Brian Shields to prepare for next year's St. cloud Christmas Parade!! We will be fielding a float... a GREAT float.. celebrating all the professional weather forecasting of Mr. Weatherman as well as all the fun and ridiculousness that LeisureTime TV has to offer.
